Hydromel bar and restaurant
Located on the old apiary of the family of Joseph Paccard, emerged the project of creating L’Hydromel. Imaginated by Martin and Laure, this bar restaurant offers a cosy raw state atmosphere. Copper, plants and wood are the principal elements that compose the decoration.
L’hydromel is a friendly and relax place where we can meet up around a drink and taste our fusion food cuisine thought by our Chef Thibaut Fischer.
Bar and Cocktails
Guillaume our senior barman and his team are delighted to make discover one of their cocktails that they’ve got the secret or spirits from our large range that have been carefully selected.
In the winter we come to warm up in the afternoon with a hot meed or with one of the bio herbal tea made out of plants picked from our mountains while nibbling pancakes and admiring the view on the Mont-Blanc chain.
Large Terasse
In the summer, the wooden terrasse shaded by its parasols will attract the sight to sip a homemade ice tea or lemon squash and engulf an ice cream.Hydromel and other local specialities
L’Hydromel offers local products unique in Chamonix. We can discover a large range of meed made by our Hydromelier Corentin Pajon located in Rumilly, local mountain plant liquor picked and distilled by le sanglier philosophe located in Cusy or bio local beers from the family brewery Bacchante located in Sallanches.
